our little Lady
This weekend, Jason and I adopted a puppy. Her name is Lady and she is a lab-boxer-retriever mix. All of 7 weeks old, she is a bit of a mess but she's an adorable mess. I love her. Like a lot alot.
She is snuggly and has a deep little bark already. She worships Jason and gives him little puppy kisses when he comes home. She has puppy breath. Her feet are HUGE and she is super clumsy. I just can't get enough of her.
P.S. If you have training tips, feel free to share... We could use all the help we can get at this point.

Adorable! As for training - positive reinforcement all the way. None of this Caesar Milan intimidation stuff - that breaks the dog's spirit, and makes him afraid. Look for "Shaping" techniques, and don't be afraid to reward with food! You wouldn't work for free, would you? Enjoy and best wishes!
