sweet potato french fries

I love french fries.  Waffle fries from Chick-fil-a, Wendy's Sea Salt Fries, crinkle fries, home fries... you name it, I love 'em. My dear friend, Jen Silard, introduced me to these fries a few years ago at a bistro in Frederick, Maryland and I have munched on them frequently ever since.  They are fast, easy, healthy, and delicious.

Sweet Potato French Fries

Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Sea salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 teaspoons Majoram
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Yields: 6 servings

First, slice sweet potatoes into long strips and spread them out on a baking sheet.

Then, drizzle sweet potatoes with olive oil and spices. Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes or until potatoes have soft centers and crispy edges.

Serve hot in parfait dishes or tiny mason jars with ranch dressing on the side.  Savour your fast, tasty snack.

Delicious! Love getting these at restaurants but now I can make them at home. Thanks!
